Email Services

The WebMail beta service that has been running on our servers for a number of years has been removed, pending a security upgrade.

In the meantime we can advise that there is a third party provider service available.

Before using their services you should assure yourself that the services are acceptable to you and pay particular attention to the terms and conditions and the privacy policy. Toucan Internet LLP will not be held accountable for any issues that arise from the use of third party services.

To gain access you will need to know:

Your domain name
Your username
Your password
For most of Toucan's clients the protocal will be 'POP3'.
Note you will only see as yet undelivered mail or mail that is delivberately left on the server after POP3 collection.

You will need the "Advanced Login" and we also strongly advise using the secure login options.
